I am Oluwatoyin Banjo, a value – driven, high impact, result – driven Projects and Volunteer Manager. I always Deliver!!!! . So I put together a Masterclass for Programme Managers, Project Directors, Project Managers, Lead Volunteers, Volunteers and anyone who interfaces with volunteers in August 2019 and it was so life-transforming.

Now, I birthed an online course called “Building a Super Powered Team of Volunteers” and it pulls from my experience as the Project Director, Ideation Hub Africa .

I joined Ideation Hub Africa as a Volunteer and today I am a Project Director co – ordinating, planning, managing projects as well as recruiting/on boarding, training and managing the performances of volunteers.

With over 8 years’ experience of working on social innovation projects in Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America, he is passionate about raising ethical leaders to drive innovation, entrepreneurship and development in rural and urban communities, as well as empowering emerging leaders and young professionals to function effectively at the intersection of passion, purpose and impact.

Leveraging his background in contributing towards solving society’s tough problems, he thrives at using tri-sector leadership to facilitate collaboration with key players in government, business and civil society for social good.

In May 2018, he was selected as part of 50 outstanding young experts and named a G20 – Young Global Changer by Global Solutions Initiative, Germany. Also, in April 2018, he was selected as a Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur, and in March 2017, he was named Finalist for the Nonprofiteer of the Year Award by the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, New York.
